Notice of Interim Procedures and Stakeholder Information Meeting Regarding TSGT Large Generator Interconnection Procedures

Effective November 5, 2008, TSGT is suspending acceptance of applications for Large Generator Interconnection Requests until January 12, 2009 in order to implement several changes to its Large Generator Interconnection Procedures ("LGIP"). The revised LGIP will become effective January 1, 2009.

The revised LGIP will provide a more effective and timely process for managing interconnection requests.

Notice of LGIP Stakeholder Meeting

Tri-State will hold a Generator Interconnection Stakeholder Information Meeting to discuss the new procedures.

November 20, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.

Want to Buy Long-Term Firm Transmission?

Effective March 9, 2008

Firm transmission service requests must be accompanied by a $3,500 non-refundable administrative fee, a one-month's transmission service deposit, and a valid transmission service application pursuant to Section 17.2 of the TSGT OATT.

Effective August 1, 2008, TSGT has implemented changes in accordance with NAESB Standard WEQ-004
