SMUD's Control Area foot print is changing effective December 1, 2005. SMUD's Control Area boundary is expanding to include the COTP 500kv transmission line, which is moving into the Western sub-Control Area. Modesto Irrigation District is also moving into the Western sub-Control Area, adding an additional intertie between SMUD and the CISO. Turlock Irrigation District is also becoming their own Control Area December 1st, and will be an adjacent Control Area to SMUD. New e-Tag templates are located on this OASIS site.
