Competing Request Submission Deadline for Non-firm Pre-Emption
Under SaskPower’s Pre-emption Business Practice and when scheduling
deadlines fall on a weekend or holiday, all potential competing requests must
be queued by 10:00 CST of the working day prior to the weekend or holiday for
the purposes of non-firm pre-emption only.
For this purpose only and when scheduling deadlines
fall on a Saturday or Sunday, potential competing requests must be queued by
10:00 CST on the preceding Friday. The
following holidays in 2007 also follow this criteria:
